PREPARED vs REACTIONARY CONSTRUCTION

The Construction Industry tends to operate through a standard job-site reactive system. If a problem is discovered, it must then be resolved before construction can progress, pushing back the project's completion date.

There is a level of unpredictability that comes with standard framing methods. Pre-Framing solves that.

By constructing in a controlled environment based off of a detailed and thorough cut list, wall assemblies can be pieced together with minimal confusion. Additionally, since Pre-Framing can be done in conjunction with other stages of construction, errors can be caught and corrected without affecting the project schedule.
